Helpie FAQ

  • What if a client is inappropriate?
If you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation, end the massage and leave right away. Once you have left, give us a call at 1-888-487-0001.
  • What locations do you serve?
For a current list of locations please click on Locations Tab on the top of the page.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a massage?
Reach out to your client as soon as possible to see if they are willing to do this.  If not, you will be charged a $25 fee that we pass to the client.
  • Do I have to be licensed?
Yes, everyone needs to be licensed.
  • Do higher reviews mean more money?
People pay for quality.  The higher you rate, the more money you can make.  If you want to learn how to build your profile, email us at [email protected].  We can help you climb to the top.
  • Who pays me?
The client pays you directly for the massage (and, hopefully, a tip).  Make sure to communicate how you take payment before the meeting.
  • Do I need to provide anything?
If you are doing a massage, you should have your own table and lotion/oil for the massage.
  • What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage, please get in touch with your therapist at least 2 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full price of the massage.
  • What are the benefits of using Sazhie?
There are many benefits, including the fact that you’ll feel great! We offer feedback and reviews, and you can also choose your own therapist, so you’ll know beforehand who is working with you. We also offer the best price for your massage because they are biding for it, and your time frame is on your own terms. Of course, we keep you from making endless phone calls to find someone who can work with your schedule.
  • Why do I have to verify my identity?
This is for verification purposes only. This is not visible to anyone but us, and we uphold the highest privacy standards.
  • Are all therapists licensed?
We only work with licensed therapists.
  • Can therapists leave me feedback?
Yes, and the better your reviews are, the more likely you are to get lower bids! Sounds like a win-win, no?
  • Do I need to provide linens, oil's etc?
You don’t need to. All therapists provide linens and supplies unless other arrangements are made.
  • Do I need to tip my therapist?
The industry standard recommends tipping 20%, but you are free, of course, to tip based on the quality of the service you received.
  • Can I leave feedback for my therapist?
Yes, and we encourage you to review them when your massage is done. You can leave comments, and you can also rate them on a 5-star scale.
  • Why do I need to submit a photo?
Just like you want to see who your therapist is, they want to see who you are. This helps them confirm that you are who you say you are.
  • Can therapists see other bids?
No, only you get to see the bids of the other therapists.
  • How long can I collect bids for?
Your listing will stay up for seven days unless you hire someone before then or remove the listing.
  • How long does it take to get bids?
We send notices out immediately! Within 15 minutes, you should start to see bids coming in.
  • What are the fees?
Sazhie charges a $5.00 fee for each massage request you post.  This fee helps in deterring non-serious inquiries.
